Get in touch
Contact Alex Ostermann at support@pageclay.com for support, privacy requests and communications from authorities. We accept English and German correspondence; the website is provided in English. Never send Account keys, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
The email address is a direct human contact point. Opening an email link uses your own mail application and does not send a message until you choose to send it.
Report potentially unlawful content
You do not need a PageClay account to send a notice. Email the contact address with the following information where applicable. Published pages also offer a short in-app reporting function.
- The full page URL and the precise location of the content.
- A clear explanation of why you believe the content is unlawful, with supporting information where available.
- Your name and a contact email so we can acknowledge receipt and communicate a decision, except where applicable law allows omission for certain offences involving children.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations are accurate and complete.
What happens next
Notices are reviewed carefully, without arbitrary treatment and in a timely manner. Where you provide contact details, we acknowledge receipt and communicate the decision and available remedies as required. For immediate danger, also contact the appropriate emergency services; this is not an emergency channel.
A short anonymous in-app report stores a category, description and publication reference. It creates no visitor account. Without contact details, we cannot give an individual reply.
Ask for a review
If your page is restricted, you can request a review at the same email address. Include the page link or account reference, the decision you received and why you believe it is mistaken. Do not include your Account key. Statutory remedies remain available.
Report data
Send only information needed to understand the issue. In-app reports and moderation records are normally cleaned up after 90 days. The privacy policy explains correspondence, retention and your rights.
